grace\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u7b2c\u516d\u8282\u4fdd\u7f57\u8c28\u614e\u6307\u51fa\u6069\u5178\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u6069\u5178\u4e0e\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u5bf9\u7167\u7684\uff0c\u5f53\u4fdd\u7f57\u8fd9\u6837\u5b50\u5f3a\u8c03\u6069\u5178\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u4e0a\u5e1d\u62ef\u6551\u4eba\u7684\u6069\u5178\u3002\u4e0a\u6b21\u6211\u4eec\u8bb2\u5230\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u770b\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u548c\u7b2c\u56db\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u62e3\u9009\u662f\u6307\u4e2a\u4eba\u5f97\u6551\u7684\u62e3\u9009\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff083\uff09\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\u201cThe election\u201d( vs. 7) is said to have obtained it\uff08\u7b2c\u4e03\u8282\u8bf4\uff09\u201c\u62e3\u9009\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u201d\u5f97\u5230\u4e86and\uff0c as noted above\uff0c the thing obtained cannot be anything less than the righteousness unto eternal life. \u5f97\u5230\u4ec0\u4e48\u5462\uff1f\u65e0\u5b83\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u4e49\u548c\u6c38\u751f(\u53c2\u8003\u7f57\u9a6c\u4e665\uff1a18\uff0c21)<\/p>\n<p>(4)\u7b2c\u56db\u4e2a\u7406\u7531The 7 thousand (vs. 4) are said to have been kept for God himself and as not having bowed a knee to Baal. \u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e3a\u7942\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7f18\u6545\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u4e03\u5343\u4eba\uff0c\u7b2c\u56db\u8282\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u5411\u5df4\u529b\u5c48\u819d\u3002As characterizations these imply a relation to God\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u53e5\u8bdd\u662f\u6697\u793a\u7740\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0e\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u5173\u7cfbsimilar to the obtaining of righteousness favor and life of vs. 7. \u4e0e\u7b2c\u4e03\u8282\u7684\u5f97\u5230\u4e49\u3001\u5f97\u5230\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u6069\u5ba0\u548c\u5f97\u5230\u751f\u547d\u662f\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u3002These reasons render it impossible to think of the election as anything other than the election unto salvation of which the apostle speaks elsewhere in his epistles.\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u62e3\u9009\u4e0d\u662f\u6307\u88ab\u62e3\u9009\u5f97\u6551election unto salvation\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4fdd\u7f57\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u4e66\u4fe1\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\u90fd\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u770b\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\u3002cf. Romans 8\uff1a33 \u7f57\u9a6c\u4e66\u7b2c\u516b\u7ae033\u8282\uff0c<strong>\u8c01\u80fd\u63a7\u544a\u4e0a\u5e1d\u6240\u62e3\u9009\u7684\u4eba\u5462\uff1f\u6709\u4e0a\u5e1d\u79f0\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e3a\u4e49<\/strong>\u3002\u62e3\u9009\u8ddf\u79f0\u4e49\u662f\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u3002Ephesians 1\uff1a4\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f17\u6240\u4e661\uff1a4\uff0c<strong>\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4ece\u521b\u7acb\u4e16\u754c\u4ee5\u524d\uff0c\u5728\u57fa\u7763\u91cc\u62e3\u9009\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u7942\u9762\u524d\u6210\u4e3a\u5723\u6d01\u65e0\u7455\u75b5<\/strong>\u3002\u62e3\u9009\u8ddf\u6210\u5723\u662f\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u3002Colossians 3\uff1a12\uff0c\u6b4c\u7f57\u897f\u4e663\uff1a12\u8282\uff0c<strong>\u6240\u4ee5\u4f60\u4eec\u65e2\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u9009\u6c11\uff0c\u5723\u6d01\u8499\u7231\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u5b58\u601c\u60af\u3001\u6069\u6148\u3001\u8c26\u865a\u3001\u6e29\u67d4\u3001\u5fcd\u8010\u7684\u5fc3<\/strong>\u3002\u62e3\u9009\u548c\u5723\u6d01\u662f\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u3002I Thess. 1\uff1a4\uff0c\u5e16\u6492\u7f57\u5c3c\u8fe6\u524d\u4e661\uff1a4\uff0c<strong>\u88ab\u4e0a\u5e1d\u6240\u7231\u7684\u5f1f\u5144\u4eec\u554a\uff0c\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u4f60\u4eec\u662f\u8499\u62e3\u9009\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u798f\u97f3\u4f20\u5230\u4f60\u4eec\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c<\/strong>\u62e3\u9009\u662f\u8ddf\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u7231\u548c\u798f\u97f3\u662f\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3001\u4e00\u53e3\u6c14\u6240\u6240\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u3002Titus 1\uff1a1\uff0c\u63d0\u591a\u4e661\uff1a1\uff0c<strong>\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u4ec6\u4eba\u3001\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u4f7f\u5f92\u4fdd\u7f57\uff0c\u51ed\u7740\u4e0a\u5e1d\u9009\u6c11\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u4e0e\u656c\u8654\u771f\u7406\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u3002<\/strong>\u62e3\u9009\u3001\u9009\u6c11\u662f\u4e0e\u4fe1\u5fc3\u8ddf\u656c\u8654\u8ddf\u771f\u7406\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u6765\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u3002) These considerations derived from this context are confirmatory of what we have found above regarding election referred to in 9\uff1a11. \u8fd9\u4e9b\u7406\u7531\u6765\u81ea\u7ecf\u6587\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u7684\uff0c\u8bc1\u5b9e\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u4e0a\u6587\u7b2c9\u7ae0\u7b2c11\u8282\u6240\u770b\u5230\u7684\u62e3\u9009\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5f97\u6551\u3001\u88ab\u79f0\u4e49\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rest are hardened\u201d. \u201c\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u4eba\u5c31\u88ab\u521a\u786c\u4e86\u201d\u3002The contextual emphasis upon election as entirely of grace and therefore upon the free and sovereign will of God as determining cause of the differentiation involved requires us to apply in this case the same doctrine stated earlier in 9\uff1a18\uff1a \u201cso then he hath mercy on whom he will\uff0c and whom he will he hardeneth\u201d. \u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u4eba\u5c31\u88ab\u521a\u786c\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u5f3a\u8c03\u7684\u62e3\u9009\u5b8c\u5168\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6069\u5178\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u662f\u6e90\u81ea\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u4e3b\u6743\u7684\u65e8\u610f\uff1b\u4e0a\u5e1d\u4e3b\u6743\u7684\u65e8\u610f\u4e43\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u533a\u522b\u7684\u6210\u56e0\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5e94\u75289\uff1a18\u8282\u7684\u6559\u4e49\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u201c\u7942\u8981\u601c\u60af\u8c01\u5c31\u601c\u60af\u8c01\uff0c\u7942\u8981\u53eb\u8c01\u521a\u786c\u5c31\u53eb\u8c01\u521a\u786c\u3002Furthermore\uff0c ultimate issues are bound up with this hardening. \u518d\u8005\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4eba\u88ab\u521a\u786c\u662f\u5e26\u6765\u6c38\u6052\u7684\u81f3\u7ec8\u7684\u7ed3\u5c40\u7684\u3002There are several reasons for this conclusion. \u6211\u4eec\u505a\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7ed3\u8bba\u57fa\u4e8e\u51e0\u4e2a\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6155\u7406\u8fd9\u91cc\u63d0\u51fa\u4e09\u4e2a\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(1) \u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u7406\u7531Election is bound up with the issue of righteousness unto life\u62e3\u9009\u548c\u4e49\u548c\u6c38\u751f\u548c\u6551\u6069\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u7684and therefore with salvation; block\u201d are closely related\u9677\u9631\u3001\u7f51\u7f57\u3001\u7eca\u811a\u77f3\u7b49\u7b49\u662f\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u7684and distinction of meaning is not to be pressed. \u4e0d\u8981\u53bb\u627e\u5b83\u4eec\u4e2d\u95f4\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u3002The combination serves to enforce the purpose and effect of turning \u201ctheir table\u201d into the opposite of its intent. table stands for the bounties of God\u2019s providence placed upon partaking of these gifts in ease and contentment but instead of peaceful enjoyment they are caught as in a trap or any case a table as intended for comfort and enjoyment is turned to be the occasion of the opposite.
