Ok\uff0cNow let&#8217;s take a look at the pastoral prayer.\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u770b\u7267\u7977\u3002A\uff0cYou praise God for His attributes and His acts.\u8d5e\u7f8e\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u7942\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u3001\u7942\u7684\u4f5c\u4e3a\u3002Here the word is perfection\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b57perfection\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5c5e\u6027\uff0cit means attributes\uff0c notice for creation\uff0cfor Providence and for revelation.\u521b\u9020\u3001\u62a4\u7406\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u542f\u793a\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u8bdd\u3002B\uff0cThank God\u3002\u611f\u8c22\u4e0a\u5e1d\u3002Because he is merciful to supply all of our needs\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e0a\u5e1d\u662f\u601c\u60af\u7684\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c\u4f9b\u5e94\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0cparticularly our need for salvation\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u6551\u6069\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\uff0cthank God for Jesus Christ.\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u611f\u6069\u3002C\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0cConfess our sins\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u627f\u8ba4\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f6a\u8fc7\uff0cnot only our sins\uff0c\u4e0d\u5355\u662f\u7f6a\u8fc7\uff0cbut how serious sin is\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u7f6a\u662f\u591a\u4e48\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\uff0cserious in its consequences\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u600e\u4e48\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6076\u679c\uff0csins in thought\uff0cword\uff0cindeed\uff0c\u8a00\u8bed\u3001\u601d\u60f3\u3001\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u7f6a\uff0csins of omission and commission\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u505a\u7684\u5ffd\u7565\u6ca1\u6709\u53bb\u505a\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u505a\u7684\u53bb\u505a\uff0c\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7f6a\uff0csecret and open\uff0c\u9690\u79d8\u7684\u7f6a\u3001\u516c\u5f00\u7684\u7f6a\u3002Etc. copy\uff1f\u7279\u522b\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6284\u7528\u7684\u5b57\u3002My answer\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u56de\u5e94\uff0cif you know the Bible backwards and forward\uff0cparticularly the old testament\uff0c\u5047\u5982\u4f60\u628a\u65e7\u7ea6\u8bfb\u5230\u70c2\u719f\uff0cif you know God&#8217;s creation and Providence\uff0cFather\uff0cSon and Holy Spirit and salvation\uff0call of that&#8217;s backwards and forwards\uff0c\u5047\u5982\u4f60\u5bf9\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u521b\u9020\u3001\u62a4\u7406\u3001\u6551\u6069\u65e7\u7ea6\u65b0\u7ea6\u8bfb\u5230\u70c2\u719f\uff0cif you completely\uff0cthoroughly know about calling\uff0cregeneration for repentance\uff0cfaith\uff0cjustifications\uff0csanctification\uff0c\u4f60\u5bf9\u547c\u53ec\u3001\u91cd\u751f\u3001\u79f0\u4e49\u3001\u6210\u5723\u7b49\u7b49\u4e0e\u57fa\u7763\u8054\u5408\u70c2\u719f\u5730\u8ba4\u8bc6\uff0cthen you can go ahead and pray freely.\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u7977\u544a\u3002In fact\uff0cyou can write prayer\uff0cother people can copy.\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5199\u4e00\u4e9b\u7977\u544a\u6587\u522b\u4eba\u6765\u8bfb\u7528\u4f60\u7684\u7977\u544a\u6587\u3002You know what I mean\uff1fThese prayers are the crystallization of the prayer life of hundreds of pastors.\u8fd9\u4e9b\u662f\u51e0\u767e\u4e2a\u7267\u5e08\u7977\u544a\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u7cbe\u534e\u6765\u7684\u3002That&#8217;s why it comes down to us for hundreds of years\uff0c\u51e0\u767e\u5e74\u4f20\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u561b\uff0cstarting with Luther and Calvin&#8217;s time.\u4ece\u8def\u5fb7\u3001\u52a0\u5c14\u6587\u5f00\u59cb\u55bd\u3002If you want to read the prayers by Calvin I have whole book of it.\u4f60\u5047\u5982\u8981\u8bfb\u52a0\u5c14\u6587\u7684\u7977\u544a\uff0c\u6211\u6574\u672c\u4e66\u7ed9\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u8bfb\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>So for us who are accustomed\uff0cI&#8217;m sorry\uff0cfor us who are accustomed to praying freely\uff0csooner or later you will feel that you are running out of words.\u4f60\u5047\u5982\u662f\u81ea\u7531\u7977\u544a\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\uff0c\u4f60\u8fdf\u65e9\u4f1a\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u6ca1\u6709\u5b57\u4e86\u6ca1\u6709\u8bdd\u8bb2\u4e86\u3002It&#8217;s not just up to your fervor and love for Jesus.\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u9760\u4f60\u7684\u70ed\u5fc3\u3001\u7231\u4e3b\u7684\u5fc3\u7684\u5575\u3002Good medicine for you\uff0c\u7ed9\u4f60\u7684\u826f\u836f\uff0ca paperback book\uff0c\u4e00\u672c\u5e73\u88c5\u4e66\uff0cmethod of prayer by Matthew Henry\uff0c\u4ea8\u5229\u00b7\u9a6c\u592a\u7684\u7977\u544a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The book is a listing of hundreds of passages from the Bible\uff0c\u8fd9\u672c\u4e66\u5217\u51fa\u51e0\u767e\u6bb5\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\uff0cbut organized as to what occasion for prayer.\u662f\u6309\u7167\u4e0d\u540c\u9700\u8981\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u573a\u5408\u7977\u544a\u800c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u3002A sister once bought the book\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u59d0\u59b9\u5979\u4e70\u4e86\u8fd9\u672c\u4e66\uff0cyou know what she said afterwards\uff1f\u5979\u8981\u600e\u4e48\u8bf4\uff1f\u54e6\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u6709\u8bdd\u4e86\u3002Now I know what to say in prayer\uff0cbecause it&#8217;s all from the Bible\uff0cparticularly from the psalms.\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u8bd7\u7bc7\uff0c\u5168\u90e8\u662f\u7ecf\u6587\u6765\u7684\u3002Ok\uff0cD\uff0cPray for forgiveness of sins\uff0cfor sanctification\uff0cfor God&#8217;s help long\uff0cmaybe seven minutes.\u53ef\u80fd7\u5206\u949f\u7977\u544a\u592a\u957f\u4e86\u3002Well\uff0cthe Anglican church breaks it up.\u5723\u516c\u4f1a\u628a\u5b83\u5206\u6210\u51e0\u6bb5\u7684\u3002There is a special time to pray for the church\uff0cthe world\uff0csick people.\u6709\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u4e13\u95e8\u4e3a\u6559\u4f1a\u3001\u4e3a\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4e3a\u75c5\u4eba\u7977\u544a\u7684\u3002And obviously\uff0cthere are many many prayers in the Anglican order worship\uff0c\u5728\u5723\u516c\u4f1a\u7977\u544a\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0cI mean\u5d07\u62dc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0cso all these prayers are already included in this verse.\u6240\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7977\u544a\uff0c\u90fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u5723\u516c\u4f1a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7247\u6bb5\u3002We Presbyterian put it all these\uff0c\u4f60\u5047\u5982\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5168\u90e8\u90fd\u5728\u5d07\u62dc\u91cc\u9762\u505a\uff0cand there&#8217;s no pastor to preach a sermon\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u7267\u5e08\u8bb2\u9053\uff0cOk\uff0cI call that a vegetarian worship service.\u6211\u79f0\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53eb\u505a\u5403\u7d20\u7684\u5d07\u62dc\u3002No worshiped God\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u656c\u62dc\u795e\uff0cthey have heard the gospel.\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u542c\u5230\u798f\u97f3\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>We in a PCA have an inside joke Catechism\uff1f\u4ec0\u4e48\u53eb\u505a\u4fe1\u4ef0\u544a\u767d\u3001\u8981\u7406\u95ee\u7b54\uff1fThey are hymns without music.\u4e0d\u80fd\u5531\u7684\u8bd7\u6b4c\u3002It&#8217;s a same.\u4e24\u4e2a\u662f\u540c\u6837\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u3002One is written in a more academic without\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u97f3\u4e50\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ca1\u6709\u97f3\u4e50\uff0cthat&#8217;s only difference.\u53ea\u4e0d\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u561b\u3002And the advantage of it is a way for us to review and relearn what we believe\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6e29\u4e60\u5b66\u4e60\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u4fe1\u7684\u3002Then there&#8217;s the offering\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5949\u732e\uff0cnow I said tithes and offering.\u8fd9\u91cc\u5199\u7684\u662f\u5341\u4e00\u5949\u732e\u548c\u5949\u732e\u3002Tithes\uff0cthe first ten percent belongs to God \uff0c1\/10\uff0c\u5934\u5341\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u795e\u7684\uff0cthe rest we call free will offering.\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u53eb\u505a\u81ea\u7531\u5949\u732e\u3002Two nights from now we will talk about the Lord\u2019s supper.\u6211\u4eec\u7559\u5230\u540e\u5929\u665a\u4e0a\u8bb2\u5723\u9910\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Finally\uff0cVow.\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u8a93\u7ea6\u3002Marriage is a vow.\u5a5a\u793c\u662f\u8a93\u7ea6\u3002When you ordain a pastor or an elder\uff0cthose are vows.\u4f60\u6309\u7acb\u7267\u5e08\u6309\u7acb\u957f\u8001\u4e5f\u662f\u8a93\u7ea6\u3002When somebody comes to get baptized and join the church\uff0cthey take vows.\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6765\u63a5\u53d7\u6d17\u793c\u52a0\u5165\u6559\u4f1a\u4e5f\u662f\u5728\u5ba3\u8a93\u3002You may not call it a vow\uff0c\u4f60\u4e0d\u79f0\u4ed6\u505a\u8a93\u7ea6\uff0cit&#8217;s still a covenant you make before God.\u603b\u4e4b\u4f60\u5728\u795e\u9762\u524d\u7acb\u7ea6\u5c31\u662f\u4e86\u3002So those are all parts of worship service\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5d07\u62dc\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0cexcept we don&#8217;t do it every Sunday.\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u661f\u671f\u3002Not every Sunday somebody get married or get baptized\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4e3b\u65e5\u90fd\u6709\u4eba\u7ed3\u5a5a\u90fd\u6709\u4eba\u53d7\u6d17\uff0cbut all of these make up the worship life of the church\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u52a0\u8d77\u6765\u5c31\u662f\u6559\u4f1a\u7684\u5d07\u62dc\uff0c\u96c6\u4f53\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5d07\u62dc\u751f\u6d3b\uff0cinformed by Biblical demonstrate how I use these doctrines listed in section text.\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\u6211\u9009\u4e00\u4e2a\u5d07\u62dc\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u8bb2\u9053\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\u3002Because I&#8217;m not always a preacher\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u6b21\u90fd\u662f\u8bb2\u5458\uff0cand I don&#8217;t know what the preacher actually is gonna say\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u8bb2\u9053\u8005\u4f1a\u600e\u4e48\u8bb2\u3002but I do know which scripture passage he is gonna preach from\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u4ed6\u8981\u8bb2\u54ea\u4e00\u6bb5\u7ecf\u6587\uff0cso at least I know what the text is.\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u90a3\u4e2a\u7ecf\u6587\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002So from my understanding of the text\uff0c\u4ece\u6211\u5bf9\u8fd9\u7bc7\u7ecf\u6587\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0cI distill one or two doctrines.\u6211\u4f1a\u6293\u4e00\u4e24\u4e2a\u6559\u4e49\u51fa\u6765\u3002Ok\uff0cand use that\uff0c\u7528\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6559\u4e49\uff0cand I go from the old to the new testament.\u4ece\u65e7\u7ea6\u5230\u65b0\u7ea6\u3002Hopefully I find something outside of salvation\uff0ccreation\uff0cProvidence\uff0c\u5c3d\u91cf\u627e\u5230\u6551\u6069\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u521b\u9020\u3001\u62a4\u7406\uff0csome kind of hymn or some kind of Bible flow\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6709\u5b83\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0cthe word\u201cflow\u201dis a modern fashionable word\uff0c\u201c\u6d41\u7a0b\u201d\u662f\u5f88\u65f6\u9ae6\u7684\uff0cthe ancient word for that is liturgy\uff0c\u793c\u4eea\u662f\u53e4\u8001\u7684\uff0csame thing\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\uff0cold word\uff0cnew word.\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u65e7\u7684\u5b57\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u65b0\u7684\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m very fortunate to have met a musician and a theologian\uff0cI met two musician and theologian\uff0c\u6211\u5f88\u611f\u8c22\u4e3b\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u8ba4\u8bc6\u4e24\u4e2a\u97f3\u4e50\u5bb6\u3001\u795e\u5b66\u5bb6\u3002One is a theologian who loves worship music\uff0cRobert Weber.\u4e00\u4f4d\u662f\u97e6\u4f2f\u535a\u58eb\u4ed6\u662f\u795e\u5b66\u5bb6\u5f88\u6b23\u8d4f\u5404\u79cd\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u5d07\u62dc\u8ddf\u97f3\u4e50\u7684\u3002The other one\uff0cI can&#8217;t remember his name just now\uff0cbut he is a modern Musician\uff0che&#8217;s got computers and keyboards in his office at Biola university.\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4f4d\u5462\uff0c\u662f\u542b\u73b0\u4ee3\u97f3\u4e50\u7684\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684office\u4e00\u5927\u5806\u7684keyboard\u3001\u7535\u8111\u3002And his website used to be called\u201cworshipinfo.com\u201d\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u4ee5\u524d\u53eb\u505a\u656c\u62dc\u8d44\u6599\uff0che can take you through Los Angeles\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u4f60\u73af\u6e38\u6d1b\u6749\u77f6\uff0cand show you at least forty different styles of worship in different churches\uff0cCatholic\uff0c orthodox\uff0cprotestant\uff0cliberal\uff0cconservative\uff0cblack\uff0cPentecostal.\u4ed6\u5168\u90e8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u4f60\u53bb\u770b\u7684\u3002He is a musician who appreciates good theology.\u4ed6\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u97f3\u4e50\u5bb6\u6b23\u8d4f\u795e\u5b66\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002The other guy is a theologian who appreciates good worship and music.\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4f4d\u662f\u795e\u5b66\u5bb6\u6b23\u8d4f\u5d07\u62dc\u8ddf\u597d\u7684\u97f3\u4e50\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002Two very good examples.\u4e24\u4e2a\u90fd\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u7684\u699c\u6837\u3002And so I&#8217;m very grateful for the rich learning that I have done since graduating long times\uff0csince after graduating from seminary and graduate school\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u8bfb\u5b8c\u795e\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u4e4b\u540e\u5f88\u591a\u5e74\u4e4b\u540e\u624d\u5b66\u5230\u7684\uff0call that I&#8217;m talking about in worship I learned after seminary.\u6211\u4eca\u5929\u8bb2\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5173\u4e8e\u656c\u62dc\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u795e\u5b66\u9662\u6bd5\u4e1a\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u4e00\u70b9\u4e00\u6ef4\u3002Gradually learning a little bit here\uff0ca little bit there\uff0cbut the foundation was laid back in seminary\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e2a\u57fa\u7840\u5728\u795e\u5b66\u9662\uff0cBiblical theology\uff0csound doctrine.\u5723\u7ecf\u795e\u5b66\u624e\u5b9e\u7684\u6559\u4e49\u3002So may God help us to appreciate that our need to pray well\uff0cworship well\uff0csing
