cf. II Peter 1:10].\u00a0\u4ee5\u6b64\u6765\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u88ab\u6536\u517b\u4e3a\u795e\u7684\u513f\u5973\u7684\uff08\u52a04\uff1a5\uff0c\u5f7c\u540e1\uff1a10\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The law of God contains<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in itself that\u00a0<strong><em>newness by which his image can be restored in us<\/em><\/strong>\u795e\u7684\u5f8b\u6cd5\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u5305\u542b\uff08\u4ed6\u7684\u610f\u601d\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u795e\u7684\u5f8b\u6cd5\u672c\u8eab\u6240\u5429\u5490\u3001\u6240\u8bb2\u5230\u7684\u5c31\u5305\u542b\u4e86\uff1a\uff09\u795e\u7684\u5f62\u50cf\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e2d\u6062\u590d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\u600e\u4e48\u505a\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\uff08\u65b0\u7684\u4eba\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u4e00\u56de\u4e8b\uff09\u3002But because our slowness needs many goads and helps, it will be profitable to\u00a0<strong><em>assemble from various passages of Scripture a pattern for the conduct of life<\/em><\/strong>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u8fdf\u949d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u4ece\u5723\u7ecf\u91cc\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\u91cc\u805a\u96c6\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5efa\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u4e00\u4e2a\u6837\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u5e94\u8be5\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u751f\u6d3b\uff08\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u7684\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Now, in setting forth how the life of a Christian man is to be ordered, I am not unaware that I am entering into\u00a0<strong><em>a varied and diverse\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>subject\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u8bb2\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u662f\u5e94\u8be5\u63a5\u53d7\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u6216\u8005\u6307\u5f15\uff08order\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5b57\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210\uff1a\u6307\u5bfc\u3001\u6307\u5f15\/\u5429\u5490\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210\uff1a\u89c4\u5f8b\u3001\u7ba1\u6559\u3001\u7eaa\u5f8b<strong><em>,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u548c\u5efa\u6784\u3001\u89c4\u8303\uff09\uff0cwhich in magnitude would occupy a large volume,\u00a0\uff08\u52a0\u5c14\u6587\u8bf4\uff1a\uff09\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u89c4\u8303\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u9898\u76ee\u3002<strong><em>The ancient doctors<\/em><\/strong>\u53e4\u4ee3\u7684\u6559\u5e08, as we see, became very prolix. Yet in this they waste no words.
