It is obvious that any such conception would contradict the very notion of obedience.\u5f88\u660e\u663e\u7684\u662f\u8fd9\u79cd\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u7c7b\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u5c31\u4e0e\u987a\u670d\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u81ea\u76f8\u77db\u76fe\u7684\u3002And it must be jealously maintained that even in his sufferings and death our lord was not the passive recipient of that to which he was subjected.\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u5f97\u7aed\u529b\u7684\u575a\u6301\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u662f\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e3b\u7684\u53d7\u82e6\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u7942\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\uff0c\u670d\u5728\u4ec0\u4e48\u5916\u52a0\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u7942\u53ea\u4e0d\u8fc7\u662f\u4e2a\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u9886\u53d7\u8005\u800c\u5df2\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u7684\uff01<\/p>\n<p>In his sufferings he was supremely active\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u53d7\u82e6\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u81f3\u9ad8\u65e0\u4e0a\u7684\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\uff0c and death itself did not befall him as it befalls other men.\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e34\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e0d\u50cf\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e34\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u201dNo one takes it from me\uff0c but I lay it down of myself\u201dare his own words. \u201c\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u593a\u6211\u7684\u547d\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\u820d\u4e0b\u7684\uff0c\u201d\u8fd9\u662f\u4ed6\u4eb2\u81ea\u6240\u8bb2\u7684\u8bdd. He was obedient unto death\uff0c Paul tells us. \u4fdd\u7f57\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u4eec\u57fa\u7763\u662f\u987a\u670d\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u6b7b\u7684\u3002And this does not meas that his obedience extended to the threshold of death but rather that he was obedient to the extent of yielding up his spirit in death and of laying down his life.\u4ed6\u987a\u670d\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u6b7b\u5462\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u8bf4\u8bb0\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u987a\u670d\u5230\u4e86\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u95e8\u69db\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u610f\u601d\u3002\u4e43\u662f\u8bf4\u5462\uff0c\u7942\u7684\u987a\u670d\u5230\u600e\u4e48\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5462\uff1f\u5c31\u662f\u5230\u4e86\u6b7b\u4ea1\u8fd9\u4e00\u523b\uff0c\u7942\u653e\u4e0b\u7942\u7684\u7075\uff0c\u7942\u820d\u4e0b\u7942\u7684\u6027\u547d\u3002In the exercise of self-conscious sovereign volition\uff0c\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u662f\u7528\u4e86\u7942\u7684\u6709\u81ea\u6211\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u4e3b\u6743\u7684\u610f\u5fd7\uff0c(volition\uff0cwill\uff0c )knowing that all things had been accomplished \u4ed6\u4e5f\u77e5\u9053\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u5c31\u4e86and that the very moment of time for the accomplishment if this event had arrived\uff0c\u7942\u4e5f\u5f88\u6e05\u695a\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u8981\u6210\u5c31\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b&#8211;\u7942\u7684\u6b7b\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b&#8211;\u7684\u65f6\u523b\u5df2\u7ecf\u6765\u5230\uff0c\u5f53\u7942\u77e5\u9053\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0che effected the separation of body and spirit\u7942\u5c31\u505a\u6210\u4e86\u7942\u7684\u7075\u9b42\u8ddf\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u5206\u5f00and committed his spirit to his Father.\u628a\u7942\u7684\u7075\u9b42\u5462\u5c31\u4ea4\u6258\u7ed9\u7942\u7684\u7236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>He dismissed his spirit and laid down his life.\u7942\u544a\u8f9e\u4e86\u7942\u7684\u7075\u9b42\uff0c\u7942\u820d\u4e0b\u4e86\u7942\u7684\u6027\u547d\u3002 The word \u201cpassive\u201d then \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u201c\u88ab\u52a8\u201d\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5b57\uff0cshould not be interpreted to mean pure passivity \u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u89e3\u91ca\u4e3a\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u88ab\u52a8\u6027in anything that came within the scope of his obedience.\u5728\u7942\u7684\u987a\u670d\u8303\u56f4\u91cc\u9762\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e34\u5230\u7942\u4e8b\uff0c\u7942\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u3002The sufferings he endured\u7942\u6240\u5fcd\u53d7\u7684\u82e6\u96be\uff0csufferings which reached their climax in his death upon the accursed tree\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u7942\u5728\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u4e0a\u7684\u6b7b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5dc5\u5cf0\u7684\u53d7\u82e6\uff0c were an integral part of his obedience \u7942\u7684\u53d7\u82e6\uff0c\u7942\u7684\u6b7b\u5462\u662f\u7942\u987a\u670d\u7684\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u90e8\u5206and were endured in pursuance of the task given him to accomplish.\u7942\u5fcd\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u82e6\u96be\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8981\u505a\u6210\u7236\u8d50\u7ed9\u7942\u8981\u6210\u5c31\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\u4e0d\u662f\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\uff0c\u7942\u77e5\u9053\u7942\u5728\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u7942\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\uff0c\u7942\u77e5\u9053\u65f6\u5019\u5230\u4e86\u8981\u6b7b\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u8981\u6210\u5c31\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\uff08a\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u987a\u670d\u4e0d\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff08b\uff09\u6216\u8005\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u4e0d\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48Neither are we to suppose that we can allocate certain phases or acts of our Lord\u2019s life on earth to the active obedience and certain other phases and acts to the passive obedience.\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5462\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u6211\u4eec\u4e3b\u8036\u7a23\u5728\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u751f\u7684\u67d0\u4e00\u4e9b\u7684\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u662f\u4e3b\u52a8\u987a\u670d\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u9636\u6bb5\u6216\u8005\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5462\uff0c\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u3002The distinction between the active and passive obedience is not a distinction of periods.\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u8ddf\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u533a\u5206\u4e0d\u662f\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0a\u3001\u9636\u6bb5\u4e0a\u7684\u533a\u5206\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>It is our Lord\u2019s whole work of obedience in every phase and period that is described as active and passive\u6211\u4eec\u7ec4\u4e3b\u6574\u4e2a\u987a\u670d\u5927\u5de5\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u662f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u53c8\u662f\u4e3b\u52a8\u53c8\u662f\u88ab\u52a8\u7684and we must avoid the mistake of thinking\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u907f\u514d\u4e00\u79cd\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\uff0cthinking that the active obedience applies to the obedience of his life and the passive to the obedience of his final sufferings and death. \u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5462\uff0c\u57fa\u7763\u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u5c31\u662f\u6307\u7942\u5728\u5730\u4e0a\u4e00\u751f\u7684\u987a\u670d\uff0c\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u6307\u7942\u6700\u540e\u7684\u53d7\u96be\u548c\u6b7b\u7684\u987a\u670d\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u8fd9\u6837\u5b50\u5206\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The real use and purpose of the formula \u4e3b\u52a8\u7684\u8ddf\u88ab\u52a8\u7684\u987a\u670d\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7684\u516c\u6210\u5f0f\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u7528\u6cd5\u8ddf\u76ee\u7684\u5462\uff0cis to emphasize \u662f\u8981\u5f3a\u8c03the two distinct aspects of our Lord\u2019s vicarious obedience.\u662f\u8981\u5f3a\u8c03\u6211\u4eec\u4e3b\u7684\u4ee3\u7f6a\u7684\u987a\u670d\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c42\u9762\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u662f\u5c42\u9762\u3002The true expressed rests upon the recognition that \u8fd9\u91cc\u6240\u8868\u8fbe\u51fa\u7684\u771f\u7406\u5462\uff0c\u662f\u6839\u636e\u4e00\u4e2a\u7684\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8ba4\u6e05\u695a\uff0crecognize \u627f\u8ba4the law of God has both penal sanctions and positive demands.\u627f\u8ba4\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u5f8b\u6cd5\uff0c\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u7684\u60e9\u6cd5\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u548c\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u3002It obedience of as the vicar of his people came under the curse and condemnation due to sin\u57fa\u7763\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7942\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u8005vicar\uff0c\u5c31\u4f0f\u5728\u56e0\u7f6a\u800c\u4e34\u5230\u7684\u5b9a\u7f6a\u548c\u5492\u8bc5\u4e4b\u4e0b and he also fulfilled the law of God in all its positive requirements. care of the guilt of sin\u57fa\u7763\u5904\u7406\u4e86\u7f6a\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u7f6a\u5b7d\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u662f\u7f6a\u540d\u3001\u7f6a\u548e\u7684\u95ee\u9898 and perfectly fulfilled the demands of righteousness.\u540c\u65f6\u5462\u4e5f\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u7455\u75b5\u7684\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u516c\u4e49\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002He perfectly met both the penal and the preceptive requirements of God\u2019s law.\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u5b8c\u5b8c\u5168\u5168\u5730\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u4e0a\u5e1d\u5f8b\u6cd5\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u5429\u5490\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002The God. was only as having learned obedience in the path of inerrant and sinless discharge of the Father\u2019s will all-sufficient and perfect Saviour.\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8bbe\u7acb\u7942\u505a\u4e00\u4f4d\u5b8c\u5168\u5b8c\u5907\u7684\u3001\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u6551\u4e3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>And this is just saying that\u6362\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4 it was the obedience learned and rendered through the whole course of the humiliation that made him perfect as the captain of
