contrary to reason\uff0c\u82cf\u897f\u5c3c\u6d3e\u8005\u5ba3\u544a\uff0c\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u62e5\u6709\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u795e\u7684\u672c\u8d28\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6559\u4e49\u662f\u6709\u8fdd\u53cd\u7406\u6027\u7684\uff0cand attempted to refute it on the basis of the passages \u00a0quoted by the Arians\uff0c cf above\uff0c p 89.\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c1d\u8bd5\u6839\u636e\u4e9a\u6d41\u6d3e\u6240\u7528\u8fc7\u7684\u7ecf\u6587\uff0c\u6765\u53cd\u9a73\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u540c\u4e00\u795e\u6027\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6559\u4e49\u3002But they even went beyond the Arians\u4f46\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u6bd4\u4e9a\u6d41\u6d3e\u518d\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65 in denying the pre-existence of the Son\u4ed6\u4eec\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u5426\u8ba4\u5723\u5b50\u662f\u5148\u5b58\u7684and holding that Christ\uff0c as to His essential nature\uff0c was simply a man\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u575a\u79f0\u8bf4\uff1a\u57fa\u7763\u81f3\u4e8e\u7942\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u7684\u672c\u6027\uff0c\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0cthough He possessed a peculiar a fullness of the Spirit\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u7942\u7279\u522b\u7684\u6709\u7740\u4e00\u79cd\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u5723\u7075\u7684\u5145\u6ee1\uff0c had special knowledge of God\uff0c\u6709\u5bf9\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7279\u522b\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc6\uff0cand at His attention\u548c\u5f53\u7942\u5347\u5929\u7684\u65f6\u5019received dominion over all things.\u5c31\u9886\u53d7\u4e86\u7edf\u7ba1\u4e07\u7269\u7684\u7edf\u6cbb\u6743\u3002They defined the Holy Spirit as a \u2018virtue or energy flowing from God to men\u2019.\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u5723\u7075\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\uff0c\u662f\u5723\u7075\u662f \u201c\u4e00\u79cd\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6216\u8005\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ece\u4e0a\u5e1d\u6d41\u5230\u4eba\u4eec\u4e2d\u201d\u3002In \u00a0their conception of God they were the forerunners of the present day Unitarians and Modernists.\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5bf9\u795e\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684Unitarians and Modernists\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u72ec\u795e\u8bba\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u6d3e\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u73b0\u4ee3\u6d3e\u795e\u5b66\u7684\u5148\u9a71\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684Unitarians \uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u627f\u8ba4\u4e09\u4f4d\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u72ec\u795e\u8bba\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u6d3e\u795e\u5b66\u5bb6\u7684\u5148\u9a71\u3002<\/p>\n<p>In some quarters\u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u4e9b\u7684\u5708\u5b50\uff0csubordinationism again came to the fore-ground.\u518d\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u6709\u7740\u4ece\u5c5e\u8bf4\u7684\u6d6e\u73b0\u3002Some of the Arminians\u6709\u4e9b\u963f\u7c73\u5ff5\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005(Episcopius\uff0c Curcellaeus\uff0c and Limborch)\uff0c(\u8fd9\u4e9b\u963f\u7c73\u5ff5\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u795e\u5b66\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f0a\u76ae\u65af\u79d1\u76ae\u4e4c\u65af\uff0c\u53ef\u5e0c\u62c9\u65af\uff0c\u6797\u5b9d)\uff0cwhile believing that all three Persons shared in the divine nature\uff0c \u4ed6\u4eec\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u867d\u7136\u76f8\u4fe1\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u90fd\u5171\u6709\u795e\u7684\u672c\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u795e\u6027\uff0cyet ascribed a certain pre-eminence to the Father over the other Persons in order\uff0cdignity\uff0c and power of domination.\u53ef\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u53c8\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7236\u795e\u6709\u67d0\u4e00\u79cd\u7684\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5c0a\u8d35\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6bd4\u8f83\u5b50\u548c\u7075\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u79e9\u5e8f\u4e0a\u3001\u5728\u5c0a\u4e25\u4e0a\u3001\u8fd8\u6709\u5728\u7edf\u6cbb\u6743\u4e0a\u662f\u6bd4\u5723\u5b50\u3001\u5723\u7075\u66f4\u5c0a\u8d35\u7684\u3002In their estimation\u6839\u636e\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1believe the equality of rank was almost sure to lead to Tritheism.\u5979\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5047\u5982\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u7b49\u7ea7\u4e0a\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u662f\u540c\u7b49\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u80af\u5b9a\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e09\u795e\u8bba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3.THE Trinity<\/em>\u514b\u62c9\u514b\u8bba\u4e09\u4f4d\u4e00\u4f53<\/p>\n<p>In England Samuel Clarke\uff0c court preacher to queen Anne\uff0c \u00a0published a work on the Trinity in 1712\uff0c\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u51701712\u5e74\uff0c\u6492\u6bcd\u8033.\u514b\u62c9\u514b\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u5b89\u5a1c\u5973\u7687\u7684\u5bab\u5ef7\u7684\u7267\u5e08\uff0c\u51fa\u7248\u4e86\u4e00\u672c\u300a\u8bba\u4e09\u4f4d\u4e00\u4f53\u300b\u7684\u8457\u4f5c\uff0cin which he approached the Arian view of subordination.\u4ed6\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\u7b49\u4e8e\u5ba3\u544a\u4e9a\u6d41\u6d3e\u7684\u4ece\u5c5e\u8bba\u3002He speaks of the Father as the supreme and only God\uff0c the sole origin of all being\uff0c power\uff0c and authority.\u4ed6\u8bba\u5230\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8bf4\uff1a\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\u662f\u81f3\u9ad8\u7684\u3001\u552f\u4e00\u795e\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u5b58\u6709\uff08\u5c31\u662f\u751f\u547d\uff09\u3001\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u6743\u67c4\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u6765\u6e90\u3002Alongside of Him there existed from the beginning a second divine Person called the Son\uff0c\u5728\u7236\u795e\u65c1\u8fb9\uff0c\u4ece\u5f00\u59cb\u5c31\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u6709\u795e\u6027\u7684\u4f4d\u683c\uff0c\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u5b50\uff0cwho derives His being and all His attributes from the Father\uff0c\u5723\u5b50\u7684\u5b58\u6709\u548c\u4ed6\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u90fd\u6e90\u81ea\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c<em>not by a mere necessity of nature<\/em>\uff0c<em>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\u7684\u5fc5\u7136\u6027\uff0c but by an act of the Father\u2019s optional will.\u4e43\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u7684\u65e8\u610f\u6240\u610f\u65e8\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7236\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u5730\u610f\u65e8\u4e00\u4e2a\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u3002<\/em>He refuses to here commit himself on the question\uff0c whether the Son was begotten from the essence of the Father\uff0c or was made out of nothing;\u4ed6\u62d2\u7edd\u660e\u786e\u7684\u8bf4\u660e\u5723\u5b50\u662f\u5426\u4ece\u5723\u7236\u7684\u672c\u8d28\u800c\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u8bf4\u4ece\u65e0\u88ab\u9020\u7684\uff0cand whether He existed from our eternity or only before all worlds.\u8fd8\u6709\u4ed6\u4e5f\u62d2\u7edd\u660e\u8bf4\u7a76\u7adf\u5723\u5b50\u662f\u4ece\u6c38\u6052\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5462\uff1f\u8fd8\u662f\u53ea\u662f\u5728\u8bf8\u4e16\u754c\u88ab\u9020\u4e4b\u524d\u800c\u5df2\uff0c\u6362\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bf8\u4e16\u754c\u88ab\u9020\u4e4b\u524d\u5c31\u4e0d\u7b49\u4e8e\u8bf4\u6c38\u6052\u3002Alongside there two there is a third Person\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u65c1\u8fb9\u8fd8\u6709\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\uff0cwho derives His essence from the Father though the Son.\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u4f4d\u683c\u7684\u672c\u8d28\u662f\u4ece\u7236\u501f\u7740\u5b50\u6240\u884d\u751f\u7684\u3002He is subordinate to the Son both by nature and by the will of Father
